Our desire is to empower and strengthen the employability of our student participants. We work together with each student to create a customized employment goal profile and focus on building on their strengths and skills. Practically, this looks like teaching students how to:

• Build a resume and/or cv portfolio document
• Research and apply for positions that fit their skillset and career goals
• Prepare for phone and in-person interviews and follow-up
• Retain their position through skilled interpersonal communication and organizational discipline
